    2013年，習(xí)近平主席提出“一帶一路”偉大構(gòu)想，為中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊的提出打下基礎(chǔ)，中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊作為“一帶一路”的旗艦項(xiàng)目，其重要性進(jìn)一步提升。

    2015年3月發(fā)布的《推動(dòng)共建絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶和21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路的愿景與行動(dòng)》則明確提出，“中巴、中印孟緬兩個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊與推進(jìn)‘一帶一路’建設(shè)關(guān)聯(lián)緊密，要進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)合作，取得更大進(jìn)展”。至 2018 年底，中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊“早期收獲計(jì)劃”已經(jīng)完成。

    本次會(huì)議將為廣大學(xué)者致力于中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊研究提供一個(gè)良好的合作交流契機(jī)與平臺(tái)。熱誠(chéng)邀請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)外科研機(jī)構(gòu)、高等院校及企業(yè)單位的專(zhuān)家學(xué)者積極參加本次會(huì)議。

In 2013, President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the  Communist Party of China Central Committee, put forward the great idea of "One Belt&One Road"initiative, laying the foundation for the proposal of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. As the flagship project of "One Belt&One Road" initiative, the importance of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor has further been enhanced. 

The vision and action to promote the construction of Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, unveiled in March 2015. It clearly stated that "the two economic corridors of China-Pakistan, China-India-Bangladesh-Myanmar are closely linked to the promotion of "One Belt&One Road" initiative. The construction , cooperation and greater  progress should be promoted. By the end of 2018, "Early Harvest Plan" of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor has been accomplished. 

This conference will provide a good opportunity and platform for cooperation and exchange for scholars to devote themselves to the study of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. China University of  Geosciences (Wuhan) warmly invites experts and scholars from  national and international scientific research institutions, universitiesand enterprises to participate in this conference.
